Streszczenie
In the study the distribution of molecules of aqueous solution of antibiotics was evaluated. The influence of the aerosol generation technique on the aerosol spectrum was also investigated. Each of the antibiotics preparation were transformed into aerosol using both ultrasonic and jet methods of nebulisation. There were used two types of ultrasound inhalators and two types of nebulisers. Large differences in the measurable parameters of the drugs were found, which influences considerably their deposition in the bronchial tract and causes respective therapeutic implications. The results suggest also that the generation method of antibiotics aerosols influences directly on the aerosols spectrum. The optimal size parameters of the aerosol are guaranted by the jet method.
