Streszczenie
Clinical and histological pictures were atypical in a initial stage. Syndrome Sweet diagnosis was confirmed by appearance of leukocytosis, neurophyly and fever. The latest histological picture showed neutrophyllic infiltration. Treatment: Encortolon and Disulone were administrated. The skin eruption disappeared and laboratory result was normalized. The disease recurrence with minor clinical manifestation and morphology result was observed one year later.
