Streszczenie
Contemporary endoscopy makes possible an effective diagnosis and treatment in pediatric and adolescent gynecology. The advent of new and smaller instrumentation as well as proper techniques make this methods extremely useful and minimal invasive. Appropriate evaluation and management of ovarian masses, endometriosis or surgical correction of congenital abnormalities are now well established laparoscopic or hysteroscopic procedures. This article presents some of the characteristic aspects for pediatric and adolescent gynecological surgery. Some of techniques which are well established for adults can be successfully applied in children as well.
