Streszczenie
Preeclampsia affect 6-20% of preegnancies and is one of the maine causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. Classification based on National High Blood Pressure Education Program Working Group – NHBPEWG established on 2000 year, diagnosis and management of mild and severe preeclampsia, eclampsia and HELLP syndrome were described. Special attention was stress on farmacological treatment of hypertension and hypertension crisis. Diagnosis and management of chronic hypertension was also described.
