Summary
The description of the clinical case of cerebro-basad dementia is given with confirmation in MRI. Neuropsychological exploration was noticed as important in outset of the disease and the distinquished character of parkinsonism was indicated with conspicuous rigor and without rest tremor Taupathies are mentioned as significant for cortico-basal dementia (CBD), others fronto-temporal dementias (FTD) and several neurodegenerative disordes. Valid classification of Pick´s diseases including CBD and FTD is demonstated and new directions of treatment of neurodegenerative diseases with neuroprotective drugs are emphasised.
