Summary
Elbow dislocation is the most common traumatic dislocation in children. It is encountered usually in older children, aged 10 or more. In nearly 70% it is accompanied by intra– and transarticular fractures. The paper presents patomechanism and peculiarity in diagnostic and therapeutic process in this, specific, group of patients.
