Summary
A case of 20 year old man with Schönlein-Henoch purpura was presented. During the course of the disease severe hypertension and nephrotic syndrome were observed apart from the typical symptoms. After treatment with prednison and antihypertensive drugs the patient´s condition improved – the disorders and the nephrotic syndrome withdrew, blood pressure went back to normal.
