Basing on standard criteria, primary medical care physicians should identify nicotine dependency. In the following article the authors discuss the CAGE Questionnaire, The Four Cs Test, the Fagerström Questionnaire and the Hooked on Nicotine Checklist. The tests results may help the physician create an integral treatment plan.
