Summary
The paper aims to stress the key role of rehabilitation in the treatment of locomor system trauma. The scheme of early, complex rehabilitation, employed in the authors Center is presented (kinesy – and physiotherapy, pedagogical and psychological aid, professional education). This complex system of rehabilitation improves the effect of treatment, shortens the hospitalization time and time to resume professional activities and reduces the number of permanently disabled patients.
