Summary
Urinary incontinence in women is a common disease with different underlying pathogenesis. The role of modern surgical procedures in the treatment of the disease is presented. The results of our experience with the TVT operation indicate that it is relatively simple, minimal invasive and effective method of surgical treatment of urinary incontinence in women.
