Summary
Mumps, measles and rubella represent a gropu of vaccine preventable diseases. In many countries combined vaccines against these three diseases has been suscessfully implemented in national immunisation programs. In Poland, in the recently changed immunisation program, separated vaccination against measles and mumps was included. However, in the next years, the introduction of combined vaccination against mumps, measles and rubella is expected. In Poland, three combined vaccines are registered and available. Some differences in antigen compositon, immunogenicity and reactogenicity of these vaccines are discussed in details.
