Summary
The paper presents the overview of currently accepted and employed methods of treatment in isolated elbow dislocations, as a function of the type of the lesion.
The Authors stress the increasing trend to shorten the period of joint immobilization following reposition, as well as the early beginning of systematic, prolonged and complex rehabilitation.
