Działanie ekstraktów i zespołów roślinnych na grzyby chorobotwórcze w świetle badań własnych

Summary
The aim of studies was the activity assessment of selected extracts and plant substances complexes on human pathogenic fungi as a potential medicines designed for use in dermatology. The studies shown that extracts and plant substance complexes have a significantly less potent against clinical yeasts as against dermatophytes. The conducted studies show the possibility of use of ethanol extract obtained from rhizome of Asarum europaeum, roots of Glycyrrhiza glabra, herbs of Hedera helix, roots of Inula helenium also leaves of Rosmarinus officinalis. From investigated plant substance complexes the strong activity (≤ 1000 μg/ml) against clinical yeasts and dermatophytes show the furanocumarins obtained from fruits of Heracleum sosnowskyi and Archangelica officinalis, but their practical use is problematic because of allergenic reaction possibility.
