Exploring the world is possible by internal and external sensual arrangement since the birth. The sensory integration process means a particular regulation and selection in the central nervous system leads to the specific reaction. The problem of sensory processing disorders turn out to be a current and social problem. The Sensory Integration therapy help and normalize a sensory processes in the brain and create conditions to initiate appropriate reaction of the body. The precursor of sensory integration method thinks that the most important senses are touching, auricular system and proprioceptive system. A irregularities in integration processing may cause a number of regulatory disorders. The children’s problems wouldn’t often notice until appearing some difficulties with moving or problems in the emotional and social life in the future. The most important thing is a professional diagnosis possible by certificated therapist. The diagnosis is preceded by detailed conversation with parents to pay attention to the relationship between children’s behavior and sensory processing disorders. Therefore, it depends on parents level of knowledge about sensory integration to go the specialist on time and help their children. This article present possible causes of this kind of disorders and the rules of conduct in the therapeutic office and at home. In the case of classical sensory processing disorder, the effectiveness of this method was confirmed by many research.
