Summary
The case of clinical manifestation of hypernatremia due to drug overdose was described. The authors presented diagnostic and therapeutic difficulties often related to this disorder. The importance of rapid diagnostic and start of treatment was emphasized. Recommendations for treatment of hypernatremia was described.
