Summary
Orthodontic extrusion is an alternative for treatment of clinical crown lengthening, or tooth extraction in cases of supragingivally tooth fractures located in the esthetic zone. The paper presents a description of the 12-year old patient suffering from sarcoidosis, who has had roots of the central incisors in the mandible extruded.
