Summary
Studies showed that the products for home tooth whitening reduced the level of cariogenic bacteria in the saliva. In this paper authors describes contemporary knowledge about effects of bleaching on environment of oral cavity, cariogenic microflora, dental feelings and status of tooth hard tissue and caries incidence.
