Summary
The publication presents the case of cardiologically loaded patient who reported the call to the Department of Oral Medicine and Periodontal Disease, Medical University of Warsaw, because of the failures of the implantoprostetic reconstruction of very large additions, including bridges based on the 12th dental implants: 6 in each of the dental arches. Multiannual lack of professional hygienic procedures, adjustments and repair damage, resulting from the use, can not exclude the possibility of bacterial infection, which could be also the result of heart pacemaker insertion failure.
