Dekontaminacja mikrobiologiczna pyłku kwiatowego przy użyciu energii jonizującej**

Summary
The studies included 5 samples of pollen. For the decontamination was used a linear accelerator producing a free electrons flux. The samples of pollen were irradiated with a dose 10 kGy. This process reduced the amount of microorganisms at the average from 34 600 to 26 in 1 g – it is about 99.925%. The antibiotic activity and contents of biological active compounds such flavonoids and fatty acids including NNKT were not affected by parameters of ionizing radiation. The conducted studies show that the decontamination of pollen by using of ionizing energy let obtain a product with a high microbiological purity and unchanged biological activity.
