Nawracające omdlenia o podłożu psychogennym u nastolatki

Summary
The authors present a case of 17-years-old girl with recurrent episodes of pre-syncope and syncope in different circumstances. Neurological diagnosis did not reveal any pathology. During the cardiovascular assessment the single ectopic ventricular beats were found, considered as innocent. During the head-up tilt test the patient became unresponsive, without any changes in blood pressure and heart rate values during episode. Based on those results and the psychologist consultation the diagnosis of psychogenic pseudosyncope was established.
