Summary
The metabolism of consumed ethanol and his negative activity on human body including acute and chronic intoxication, alcohol withdrawal syndrome also effect on organs and system and pharmacotherapy of ethanol intoxication were discussed. Then have been characterized bee products and herbal plants used for detoxication and for arouse a feeling of repulsion for alcohol, for acceleration of ethanol elimination from blood, reduction of amount of consumed alcohol and relieving of alcohol hunger.
