Summary
In the presented work the review of literature concerning motion of stress, phases of his origin and impact on the human body were shown. The definition of adaptogen, mechanisms of his action and also methods of estimates of the adaptogenic properties were described. The important part of this study is the review of selected raw materials possess adaptogenic properties, such as: genus Panax, Eleutherococcus senticosus, Schisandra chinensis, Rhodiola rosea, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Withania somnifera, Andrographis paniculata, Bacopa monniera, Rhaponticum carthamoides, Gynostemma pentaphyllum. In the experimental part detailed studies on contents principal adaptogens, which are found in raw materials Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium, and also their preparations were shown. In that part detailed studies on contents 7 main ginsenosides (Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Re, Rd, Rg1, Rf), which are found in examined raw materials and obtained from them preparations and extracts were carried out. The carried out investigation on the extracts from roots and leaves Panax quinquefolium shown that ginsenoside-Rb1, is main compound in the roots and however ginsenosides Rb2 and Rd are dominated in the leaves. The comparison of extraction efficiency of ginsenosides of three solvents (50% methanol, 10% and 30% sorbitol and glucose) shown that methanol was the best solution for extraction. The less concentrated solutions: 10% solutions sorbitol and glucose are characterized by the greated content of ginsenosides in comparison to their 30% solutions.
