Summary
Citrosept – grapefruit extract, produced by Cintamani, Poland – contains different types of flavonoids. Influence of Citrosept on viability of three cancer cell lines was examined in vitro. Citrosept showed high cytotoxic activity toward melanoma B16 and sarcoma XC cell lines, while it was almost not active against prostatic carcinoma cell line MLL.
