Summary
Besides the basic food components as water, protein, carbohydrates, fat and vitamins, for many years we isolate the plant derived substances which take part in metabolic, repairing and adaptative process. They prevent to spread many of cardiovascular disorders as well as decelerate the speed of neoplasmus development. They need not be taken systematicly every day. To differentiate them from vitamins they were named fitamins.
