Summary
This study presents decribtion of occurence, appearance of plant, levels and fuits of Aronia melanocarpa E. The chemical composition of Aronia melanocarpa fruit was described, epecially anthocyanosids compared to compo-sition of anthocynosids obtained from fruits of grapes and their antioxidant activity. The toxicity of anthocyanins of Aronia melanocarpa was discussed. This studies presents the results of investigations over profitable influence of Aronia melanocarpa anthocyanins on course experimental pancreatitis, diabetes mellitus, poisoning derivates of yperite sulphuric and cyclosphosphamid, radiation disease and chronic experimental lead poisoning, and also the protective activity against UV radiaton.
