Summary
Tea, after water is the second most popular drink in the world. In the last years we can observe a strong growth of interest an different sorts of tea. It happens because of the significant content of polyphenols showing strong antioxidant properties. They play big role in the prevention of non-communicable diseases like cardiovascular diseases which are the major reason of mortality in Poland. Researches prove that drinking of tea infusions can decrease the risk of hypertension.
