Streszczenie
Children brain palsy is more and more significant in medical procedure. Bearing in mind frequency of this illness´s occurring and huge interest in the problem´s improvement, one seeks new methods, which rehabilitation can make better.
An assumption of the thesis is to show if during an intensive hippotherapy a range of movements in chosen joints of the upper and lower limb will change.
The research material constituted two groups of patients within the age of 7-10 with children´s cerebral palsy disease. One of the group participated in the hypoteraphy classes (an experimental group), and the second group didn´t participated (a comparative group).
The research was conducted with the help of runmetre produced by Preston with the precision to 1°.
The research in an experimental group have established a significant improvement in the range of abductor in a hip joint as well as a bend in a knee joint in both active and passive movement.
