Streszczenie
The introduction. In first three years of the life the influence on processes of the growing has a manner of the nutrition. The irregular nutrify makes for overweights or obesities, but also to malnutrition.
Patients and the method. With research one embraced 366 children aged since 36-60 the month of the life. Calculated values BMI one achieved to centile nets of the city of Cracow and centile nets WHO. Analyses of the socio-economic status of the family performed on the ground the questionnaire full by parents.
Results. Among four years´- girls one ascertained at 10.3% the overweight, and 15.8% obesity. In the class of five-year-old- girls with public playschool 15% little the overweight, and 5 it% was obese. In the class of four years´- boys according to centile nets WHO 10 owns underweight, and 1 overweight. Five-year-old- boys have BMI being situated within of the norm. In the class of families of girls exist economically, one ascertained existence of the malnutrition, overweights and obesity. Five-year-old- boys on every economic level of families are developed correctly.
Conclusions. The physical development of examined boys proceeds correctly, instead at girls one notices the tendency to the overweight and obesity. Centile nets BMI total, have lower values from which diagnosed is the overweight, obesity and malnutrition. In families about the economic higher status one ascertained both cases of the overweight and obesity, as and malnutritions.
