Undernutrition during the periods of intensive development of organs can lead to irreversible changes in their structure and functions. In article authors pay attention on multifactorial reasons leading to undernutritions in food allergy and celiac diseases. Prophylaxis of undernutrition is crucial in both deseases in children below second year of life.
