Streszczenie
Acne vulgaris is the most frequent dermatosis of adolescence, the etiology is complex. The long course of this disorder is a main therapeutic problem. The mildest cases may respond to topical treatment such as antibiotics, benzoil peroxide, azelaic acid or retinoic acid. Most severely affected patients need systemic treatment with antibiotics or isotretinoin.
