Streszczenie
The aim of study was to present the most important informations concerning drug-induced hepatocytotoxic reactions. The follwing issues were considered: the phenomena dealing with drugs metabolism and creation of drugs immunogenic activities, the mechanisms of induction hypersensitivity reactions and the role od costimulatory factors in their control, the significance of immunogenetioc factors controlling the expression of costimulatory molecules, and the possible types of hypersensitivity reactions induced by drugs.
