Streszczenie
Rheumatic diseases in childhood are inflammatory and noninflammatory chronic disorders of the musculosceletal system. To the group of inflammatory rheumatic diseases belong chronic arthropaties and connective tissue diseases. All of then represent a nonhornogenous group of autoimmune diseases of unknown etiology and pathogenesis.
They are characteristic by many similar clinical manifestations, chronic course with exacerbations and improvement and their onset in often non characteristic.
When the clinical and serologie findings are classic, diagnosis is non difficult. In other cases widespread differential diagnosis is nessecery.
Autor discuses current dignostic criteria, clinical picture of the diseases and the role of laboratory test in diagnosis of the inflammatory sheumatic diseases.
