Streszczenie
In the review article the authors emphasize clinical manifestation of autoimmunity and hypersensivity in children with immunodeficiencies. Immunodeficiency disorders have traditionally been thought of as conditions resulting from the inability to mount effective host responses to infections agents. However, immune dysregulation and autoimmune phenomena are often seen in both primary and acquired immunodeficiencies. Defining features of autoimmunity are various. The most common clinical manifestation are: autoimmune hemolytic anemia and thrombocytopenia. Nonmalignant lymphoproliferation like chronic splenomegaly and chronic lymphadenopathy rare occur.
