Leczenie cyklosporyną pacjentów z autoimmunologicznym zapaleniem wątroby – doświadczenia własne

Streszczenie
The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of cyclosporine treatment in patients with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH). Cyclosporine was used in 13 out of 198 patients with AIH treated at Child´s Health Memorial Institute. Cyclosporine was started in poatients who did not respond to standard predisone+azathioprine treatment. Patients were treated with cyclosporin for mean period of one year and 4 months. The improvement in liver function test was observed but patients relapsed after treatment discontinuation.
