Streszczenie
Chronic hepatitis in children is most often caused by infection with hepatitis B and C viruses, which can lead to cirrhosis of the liver and cancer of the liver. The present work discusses contemporary methods of the treatment of chronic, viral hepatitis type B and C. The results of treatment with Interferon and antiviral drugs are described, as well as standards of therapy in Poland are presented.
