Streszczenie
Congenital malformations of the lung are rare and vary widely in their presentation and severity. We report nine cases of patients hospitalised in 1999-2000 with special reference to clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment. The most common clinical manifestation was the protraction of respiratory infection. Sometimes congenital anomalies are asymptomatic. The diagnosis is usually based on radiological examinations. Most of congenital malformations require surgical treatment.
