Streszczenie
In the work the principles of therapeutic and diagnosis process in paediatric gastroenterology in Poland are presented. Three-level specialistic health care system both in outpatient and hospital health care, the goal of which is to help in the decision making process, and not only prevent serious treatment failures but also to optimise the costs of health care is discussed.
