Streszczenie
In the paper the current view on the relationship of gastroesophageal reflux and food allergy in children is presented. Gastroesophageal reflux is observed in 30 do 50% of small children with foold allergy. In children with diagnosed gastroesophageal reflux the diagnosis or exclusion of food allergy has essential consequence for therapy. The pattern of 24-hours pH-metry in secondary reflux in food allregy is characteristic and differs significantrly from that in primary reflux.
