Objawy kliniczne nadwrażliwości pokarmowej u dzieci karmionych piersią

Streszczenie
The aim of this study was established predisposition factors to development of atopic disease in breast-feeding infants and indicated relationship between this factors and clinical symptoms. 50 infants in age 1 to 13 months (mean 5 months) and their brast feeding mathers were studied. This children were exclusively breast-fed to the age of six months. The analysis were included clinical symptoms, predisposition factors to development of atopic disease and effect of dietary – pharmacological treatment mather or child. Serum total IgE level, serum levels of specific IgE (for cow´s milk and egg) eosinophilia were assessed. Skin prick tests and biological assay were performed too. Clinical manifestation of digestive system amy occure even at first days: in the 1st week 24% newborne, between 2-4 weeks 48%. The condition of food hypersensitivity in breast-fed children often takes multiorgans localisation. The signes from the digestive tract were the first. They increased in 2nd week of life: vomiting (35%), colic (27%), disorder weight of gain (19%). The most commonly reported manifestation were signs from respiratory system (33.8%): sniffles (37%), cought and wheezes (39%), bronchitis (17%). In cases where exlusive dietary treatment (mather or/and child) is inffective it´s necessary to undertake complex dietary – farmacological treatment of these ailments. The most important of allergological examinations in breast-fed infants is open challenge.
