Streszczenie
The food hypersensitivity is considered the first and the earliest manifestation of the all known allergic diseases. In particular food hypersensitivity is manifested in the youngest children and it is or could be the predictor of the potential future development of the atopic diseases in the later period of life. Due to the specific nutritional needs in the infancy cow´s milk protein is regarded as the food hypersensitivity in children.
