Stan zdrowia i rozwój somatyczny wcześniaków z przewlekłym zakażeniem HBV i/lub HCV

Streszczenie
The study comprised 32 children prematurely born (14 girls and 18 boys); they were between 2 and 5 years old at the moment of the study, all with chronic HBV and/or HCV infection. Somatic development was assessed on basic of the body weight and height. The percentage of children with body mass deficiency or decreased body height was 25. This relatively high result should be first of all associated with very low birth weight than with chronic hepatitis. On the basic of present study it couldn´t say, that activity of the HBV and/or HCV infection disturb the somatic development of prematurely born children.
