Streszczenie
The article presents the case af an infant with complex congenital heart disease in the shape of Hypoplastic right ventricle, tricuspid atresia, transposition of the great vessels and hypoplastic Arch of aorta with coexisting congenital plasmatic diathesis.
Decision of the surgical correction in this case is very difficult due to the high lethality, necessity of the palliative treatment of several stages and the high casts. However performing the operation in the high-specialistic centre, in optimum time for the patient-during his relative circulatory stabilization, infection recovery and supplementation of the coagulation factors in the perisurgical period/including bringing factor VIII/made it possible for the child to survive.
