Streszczenie
The paper presents the usefulness of modern evaluation methods like videonasofiberoscopy and videofluoroscopy in assessment and treatment for velopalatal insufficiency. Those methods used alone or in combination occur to be fundamental for the better understanding of the mechanisms of velopharyngeal function in particular cases and for proper treatment for VPI.
