Streszczenie
Proteins involved in cow´s milk allergy are numerous and heterogeneous. Primary prevention through a hypoallergenic diet may reduce the prevalence of food allergy. Breastfeeding and the use of hypoallergenic formulae in infants at increased – risk of cow´s milk allergy may be beneficial. Feeding infants with partially hydrolyzed formula appears to supress cow´s milk-specific cellular responses.
