Utrata wanadu i rubidu u chorego z naczyniakiem limfatycznym – opis przypadku

Streszczenie
Very limited information is available on homeostasis and the essentiality of vanadium (V) and rubidium (Rb) for humans. 12 years old boy with a high leakage of V and Rb with lymph (~100mL – 3000mL per day) was presented. Serum concentration of V was in norm and concentration of Rb was lowered. Daily urinary excretion of V was reduced comparing to healthy children, but not of Rb. We conclude that probably regulation of urinary excretion of some ultratrace elements may play important role in their homeostasis.
