Streszczenie
Safety aspects of therapy with inhaled glucococrticoids are presented in this paper. Many factors can modify both process and may have influence on the results of clinical studies. According with current knowledge low and moderate doses are safe and don´t lead to significant clinical adverse events. Patients treated with high doses need special care and in some cases precise monitoring.
