Streszczenie
The development of new immunological techniques has made vaccines more effective and safe. However, they can induce undesired post vaccinations reactions, which are transient, local or systemic reactions to the vaccine, and can subsidise by itself giving no permanent damage to health. On the other hand, there are single cases of serious complications which are manifested by exceeding or pathological reaction after the vaccination. It can result in a direct health- or lifethreatening condition. It is assumed that vaccines can be the cause of, among others, autoimmunological diseases.
