Streszczenie
The common causes of bone pain- a nociceptive type of pain- are degenerative and rheumatologic diseases, osteoporosis, trauma as well as primary and metastatic cancer. As the arachidonic acid products play an important role in the pathophysiology of bone pain, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are the essential drugs to relieve this type of pain.
