Streszczenie
The article analyzes pathophysiology and causes of postoperative pain in proctological diseases. The most often cases are: anal fissure, perianal abscess and hemorrhoids. Part of the patients could be treated using pharmacological and dietary methods, but some of them must undergo a surgical operation. The kind of anesthesia depends on the time needed for surgery, on the patients condition and also an the experience of the doctor.
