Streszczenie
Patients with collagen vascular diseases commonly have respiratory complications. Involvement of the pleura, upper and lower airway, lung interstitium, pulmonary vasculature and respiratory muscle may occur. This review will present diseases of the respiratory system caused by systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic sclerosis, Sjögren´s syndrome, polymyositis-dermatomyositis, ankylosing spondylitis and mixed connective tissue disease.
